If you're on about them nerfing chrono boonshare, please note that he's using "Save Yourselves". A shout that's on a 50 second-cooldown that removes conditions from upto 5 allies and gives it to the caster, and then gives only the casters those boons. Yes, he provided those 11 boons boons by himself, but only for himself.

Im a big noob, can you explain your reasonning behind this build ?

for example, i thought firebrand was condi but i see you use a greatsword, isnt that a power weapon ?

And why not everyone use celestial stat? it seems perfect to have all the stat you need, some damage, some survability, power and condi damage
