Phantom discussion bug

I noticed when I first logged into this forum and went to edit my profile that it was saying I had 1 discussion, even though I hadn't posted anything at all.

Here's a screenshot of my profile page, showing the total list of discussions I've created (1) and the menu on the side claiming I have 2:

(I can't get the image into the post for some reason, but if you follow the link it should work. Oh and the reactions were blurred manually, they show up correctly on the page.)

Is this happening for anyone else? And does anyone know why?
