saerni.2584 Posted April 11, 2019 Share Posted April 11, 2019 @Ben Phongluangtham.1065 @Karl McLain.5604 After playing with the changes to Shadowstrike for a while I’d like to make some concrete suggestions to improve gameplay related to this skill.Flip skill availability duration should be reduced to three seconds. Four seconds is too long and hinders the ability to kite. You achieved higher damage pressure but at the expense of survival. This is especially true in PvP.The teleport range should be increased to 750. Mobility has increased a lot since the skill was first created. More distance is needed, especially given that the new flip skill locks out the teleport for a set period (reducing the mobility of this weapon set).Shadowstrike should be unblockable on the Dagger hit. The spike damage of this skill is wrapped up in the follow up shot. The first part of this skill being unblockable would increase survivability but not add too much damage. Further, the flip skill and the melee range with teleport prevents this from easily being spammed for damage. Repeater needs to have increased damage, utility or both. For both, make the initial bullet also cripple the target (synergy with the Ankle Shots trait). Bonus:Dancing daggers almost never hits a target outside 600 range. It really needs a better chance to hit the target. Largely, this is an issue with projectile speed and the bouncing daggers hit fine. I’d suggest improving projectile speed so that the skill is reliable around 750 distance and only starts to consistently miss around 900. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
