Thief: Staff Master, Assassin's Reward traits bugged in PvP

Both of these traits do something per initiative spent, but both of them calculate the initiative cost based off of the PvE values, not the PvP values. For example a Vault (5 init) in PvE should heal for 510 and restore 10 endurance and that is what happens, but in PvP it costs 6 initiative and yet only heals for 510 not 612 and only restores 10 endurance not 12. The same bug happens to other abilities with different PvE and PvP costs.
