Fix Death's Judgement aiming

Death's Judgement currently tries to predict where the target will be at the end of its cast time and fires at that location. However, if your target is using a movement skill, the prediction will be wildly inaccurate and the shot will miss completely.

Until this is fixed, the class doesn't deserve to be called DEADEYE, lol. Perhaps make the shot homing?

Yep, the amount of times it's been obstructed or just doesn't hit something that's clearly inside the range is just aggravating. Please fix.

That said, I'd rather see Fire for Effect (a pretty terrible trait) reworked into giving us unblockable attacks while revealed or something, as that way it creates choice by competing with M7 and bqobk rather than making one grandmaster objectively better than the others in all situations. It would also mean we're not completely toothless if something chain reveals us, hopefully leading to more interesting fights.
