Ineffable Embroidered Silk Insignia?

There are some recipes that require a Ineffable Embroidered Silk Insignia, the wiki and other sites say this insignia is auto learned but my Leatherworker (475) does not seem to have it in the list. (Ineffable yes/ Embroidered yes. But not "Ineffable Embroidered Silk Insignia"). (No hits in the crafting table if I search just for "Ineffable Embroidered").

Is this still in game? And if so, how do I get it?

It's listed as Several different Ineffable Insignias. If you just search "Ineffable" in the crafting panel, you'll get a selection of several different level versions of this insignia.

The Silk one is called "saturated"
