Please fix Party without Grid alignment

When you switch party/squad to not see it as grid, rank number and profession icons are going over player name.I have OCD and am Software QA Engineer so have a really hard time looking at it, so I would really appreciate it.

As you can, the shading and position is related to rank. So the simple answer is to only play with those ranked 1-9, problem solved.

If you use simple party UI it doesn't show the complete rank once they hit 1000 so it aligns a bit better.

Wish I could see the boons of everybody on a 10 man raid.. Would be awesome

Though as you see, a guy which has rank over 3000, has only displayed "3k" as rank which is equal to 2 digits but for some reason profession icon is not displayed for his character, so it is even worse in that case lol...

And "a bit better" cannot be acceptable on game this global...Do not understand how come other people do not have this problem or how come others are not complaining about this as well?I am using 1080p 24" monitor which is probably an average monitor so cannot be that I have this issue due to my resolution or something.
