Automated Tournament Rewards

So today morning we started an AT. All teams rejected our match and we went on the whole tournaments without a single match. At the final match , the enemy team again declined Q thereby giving us a pop up that we are in next round. None in our team got rewards. I think this is because we did not get to play a single round in the AT. Please look into this. I have also sent screen shots from my in game bug report where there is a match history that shows we have won.
