Suggestions: Party Icons on Map & Customizable Hot Bar

As a newer player, I'm having a hard time locating my party members on the map. It'd be nice if there were a slider in the Options menu to change the brightness of the icon. If the icon could shine a lot brighter, it'd be so much easier to find team mates on the map. ^^

Also, I would love to see a customizable hot bar, because I have enough food, but I often forget to use them since I can't use them without opening my inventory every single time. It'd be very convenient to be able to set up our own 4-8 slot customizable hot bar. =]

Also, while in a party, can you add the player's name to the bottom right of the character level. Leave all other info and image off, but add the name.
