No Dragonsblood weapon choice as story reward?

Hi,I just played the previous and the current episode and I somehow was sure I would get a weapon choice for one of these at some point. Considering the impact they have for the story and that basically every NPC has one. I checked the wiki and they don't seem to be something very rare, at least the exotic version. So why not give one exotic one depending on class as a reward after forging one in thunderhead peaks or after strengthening the spear with kralks blood as a story reward? It just seemed silly that in this entire fight with kralkatorik the commander somehow is the only person not wielding one of these.
