[EU][RAID] Volatility (vT) is recruiting experienced raiders

Hello everyone :)

Volatility (vT) is recruiting experienced raiders for raid sells, low-mans and 10-man raids using advanced strategies. We are a newly formed guild comprised mainly of players from established HC/Semi-HC guilds, like SC, nxs or Sy to name a few. Our goal is to build a solid foundation of core members that play well with each other and strive to improve as players and together as a team. While we aim to be the best we can be, we put just as much emphasis on creating a friendly, non-toxic environment where members can help and motivate each other. Attitude is just as important as reaching benchmarks and handling mechanics well.

Requirements:

90% benchmarks and having all relevant gear combinations on every class you play is a mandatory minimum. Prior experience in CMs and low-mans would be a very strong bonus as well.

How to apply:

You can find our application form here. After applying we will contact you and schedule a raid where your skills will be tested on a few raid bosses. Provided you meet our requirements you will receive an invite to the guild and will be put in a prolonged trial phase. This will take between 2 and 4 weeks, during which we will decide if we want to promote you to member.
