Vegeta.2563 Posted May 17, 2019 Share Posted May 17, 2019 So I unlocked one of the boot box skins before the recent patch, so I am missing the other 2 skins. And they weren't retroactively unlocked, and No way to obtain them in PvE (as far as I know), besides the box that gets rewarded once.
