Newish regular player on EU server Desolation looking for friendly PvX guild

Hello! I have been playing this game for a few weeks now, got both expansions and some max lvl characters too. I would like to join a guild to be able to tackle some of the more difficult (per my opinion) content like raids, higher fractals, WvW etc... I want to start with Wvw first. I would be happy to switch servers eventually but currently lack the funds to do so.
