Additionally, you have to acquire at least one tapestry. (Those can be obtained by playing or by purchasing from another player.)IF you just want +2, by far the easiest is "binding" minis to your account and recording that in the Hall of Monuments. By far, the easiest way is to have friends/guildies who can donate to the cause. Full details are available by following the link that @animositisomina.2931 posted above.
