Tanky Tempest build?

Seems like most of the popular builds out there concentrate on needing somebody else to be with you. Looking for a tanky tempest build that will allow me to solo HPs and other map events as well as blaze through LW story so I can get caught up to the most recent chapter.

Some ages ago... I used a trailblazer condi build with scepter.Was tanky enough and deal enough damage.But can't give you a template now.

All credit to Lord Hizen for the following build, on his youtube channel he has a tanky trailblazer build for weaver that works quite well and allows for surviving big hits while putting out a lot of burning damage. Heey =)I did think of a tanky tempest buil relying mostly on bleeds and earth attunement tankiness !I don't know the weaver much so it's another option.

Usually with earth overload, dagger 5 and sandstorm, you can just sit back and watch things die in open world :)

I know you specified tempest, and I’m sorry to be ‘that guy’, but you are REALLY better off just running sw/d in the long term.
