PoF Act 2 Mastery AP not being correctly awarded

While doing my final bits of achievement hunting within the expansion earlier in the day I found that the 15 AP from PoF Act 2 Mastery was not awarded to me, Previous to doing the Act 2 mastery completion I was working on finishing the Act 1 Mastery. When I started I was at 33210 AP, I then completed Elite Elimination for 3 AP which brought me upto 33213. I then completed Hidden and Dishonored ( 1 AP), Leave None Alive (2 AP) and Act 1 mastery (15 AP). My total at this point was 33231. I then completed Dynastic End (2 AP) which awarded me with the Mini and also completed the Act 2 Mastery and then gave me my trinket and left me with a total AP of 33233, there by leading me to believe that the PoF Act Mastery is bugged with regards to awarding the 15 AP.
