Why is there no Icebound Chest at Bitterfrost Frontier?

I just wanted to ask since this happened to me recently, I went to Bitterfrost and the usual chests weren't there.

I first though that maybe it was because there were so few people and the meta event always failed and that was why there were no chest, but just wanted to be sure, so I ask here.

With the festival going on, no one is doing the meta.

I just happened to do the meta with a gang, this was the problem. Case closed now.

This isn't really the answer in the past the event still spawned some chests even after the boss phase was super bad they seems to changed that. I only know that because I had that too and used to farm this map in the past also on absurd times when nobody is there. Mean another stealth nerf.
