“Too much survivability” (Idk why but whenever I make a post it Creates Two, please ignore this one)

I just want to get everyone’s opinion on something - Reaper 5% healing in shroud is “too much survivability” but Scrapper 15% barrier per hit (which i find fun) isn’t? Like - for engineer you dont need to be in range 300-360(i forget which), you “heal” for more and engineer already has stuff like automatic elixir S.

    If you consider shroud as a barrier like A.net do, Necromancer has several abilities giving 10% "barrier" on low cooldown.

    Yea..never mind the -3000 HP and having 4 skills replaced with a weak-sauce gyro skill.... Scrapper OP now

    Someone did and I responded. it's now Elixir... E I think? which is barrier and protection.
