Gaming Glasses

I recently bought myself some yellow lense gaming glasses because I was suffering with eye problems reading the old forums, on a few occasions my eyes burned so badly from the white pages that I was unable to see properly for about an hour, which was a bit worrying I have to say. That's when I did a little research and found out about blue light blocking glasses (Yellow Lenses). I have been using them now for about 2 weeks and it has solved my problems with eye strain on these forums, I suggest anyone suffering with similar problems to look into getting themselves some gaming glasses for reading these forums also, since there is no option for a dark theme available.

Remembering to look away from the screen every once in a while is also a good idea!

Windows has a blue light filter setting built into it now. It will auto turn on/off at dusk/dawn. I love it.

Good to know, I think awareness of blue light blocking needs to be raised amongst the gaming community.

I got my gaming glasses months ago, they're awesome. I also have eye issues so I use PangoBright "screen dimmer" & the addon called Dark background and light text. I totally recommend them. :) Edit: This is what my forum looks like with the addon.
