Balthazaar's Brawl on July 27, 2019 at 12:15PM Failed Entirely

Not one person I asked who planned on enrolling could enroll, and previous results from BB the day before were still listed after the intended start of the tourney, meaning that the tourney never got off the ground at all. I really do not understand how this issue can persist for so long and not be fixed. At this point, I would even be open to a hack-a-thon of volunteers to come in and fix the state of PvP.
