I like the no poly look more, but I also generally dislike infusions.

I'm a bit torn, I'm not really a fan of the outfit, and therefore my mind says No Poly is less of an eye-sore, but the other half of my brain is saying "if you're gonna go that far, you may as well commit to the look."

No poly. As a matter of fact, trade it and get some gold. Those who wear them look horribly out of place; no exceptions.

Good on you for staying color consistent though.

Anyone else remember a series of action figures called Visionaries? This reminds me of this guy. I suggest giving him some holographic or SAB weapons for the full effect.

I don't dislike the poly thing as much as I expected - it makes him look like a GW1 Elementalist boss! (Aside from the massive shoulder pads and plasticky armour textures which - thankfully - were not a feature of that game.)

Moreover, the most important thing is: what does your character look like from the back? That's the side you'll be looking at, after all.

[ahem] I like the No Poly look best. Poly looks rather jarring, and a bit too over the top. I really like the outfit as a whole, though! You're about the only person I've seen who's managed to make oversized shoulderpads look good.

Just be prepared for the lawsuit from the person whose head your accidently gash open while walking past them in Divinity's Reach. Granted likely only another male Norn or maybe a Charr, so perhaps a couple pints of mead might just settle the dispute.
