Try for yourself.Link to buildExplanations:—Utilities: Signet of the Ether helps restore Shield 4 and Staff 3, which will help in clone gen. It provides Distort which works with Auspicious Anguish. Signet of Midnight is optional but is a well-rounded utility that breaks stun, blinds, distorts plus Ausp Anguish, and cleanses condi with Blurred Inscriptions; can run Blink or other instead such as wells or disenchanter. Signet of Inspiration is great for boon-building and extends vital boons such as alacrity and protection for sustain and utility. It is a low-CD distort, and also has Ausp Anguish. Signet of Illusions is the new mandatory utility all Chronomancers must run. Reason why is: clone gen. 10 seconds seems kind of long for clone respawn but if you time clone gen skills such as staff 2 or scepter 2 or even phantasm despawns then it'll be no problem! Finally Gravity Well is there for the amazing CC, although if you're feeling nostalgic you can go Signet of Humility for clutch plays.

For Chronomancer, Time Catches Up lets you kite from further away while dealing fair damage—I find the interrupt trait too gimmicky. Illusionary Reversion is a great help ATM for as much clone upkeep as possible. Seize the Moment trait synergizes with ALL utilities, weapon skills, making it very useful. If running disenchanter you should take Chronophantasma for more boonstrip.

NOTE: Signet of Illusions should almost never be activated, except if you're about to die (think Signet of Restoration).
