Can we reduce the cast time and CD of drakes/feline beast ability?

The feline and drakes are actually good pets and could be much more if only the devs would reduce the horrible cast time and possibly the CD ( although in the tiger case I'd double the base CD of the beast abilitry would they decrease the cast time).

In this time and age a 1 and 1/2s cast time doesn't cut it, a 30s+ CD for a mere beast ability is a bit overkill , I think the CD of beast ability should be no more than 20-25s , it's a shame really, if changes would occur I am sure that drakes and felines would see more play in competitive environment

All core pets need buffs IMO.
