POF Story Quest - Glints lair crashes everytime

I have tried to complete POF story quest to explore glints lair several times on different days and after killing guardian in glints layer the cut scene of glint crystal talks. At the end of this everytime i get kicked out to the character screen with the message "The game client lost its connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes before restarting the client and trying again (code=7:11:3:191:101)" I have tried this on differrent days and at different times and it happens every time. I cannot continue the story until this error is fixed.

dc'ing on cutscenes, is a known problem they are unable to replicate.

Possible fixes.lowest graphic settingsplaying in windowed mode.switching tabs during the cutscene.pressing the attack/jump key continuouslya VPN.
