Dec 21st, still a problem. Guess that's 2020 in the bag for hope of getting this issue fixed. Here's looking to 2021 finally being able to craft Vision....

Well I got lucky and finally got into a fresh map where it actually started I guess, but it's still bugged as hell.

I finally managed to get this done after it miraculously reset upon the killing the forgotten champ event succeeded.
