The game doesn't load when I enter to a ranked game.

Hi, right now I'm being punished because the game its not working properly. This has never happened to me but in the last two days whenever I enter to a pvp game the game doesn't loads and it returns me to my login screen. Right now I cant play ranked games and both me and my team are having our elo lowered because your game its not working properly. Why am I being punished for this? Is there a solution to this? This never happened to me. Any tips?
