What we did was, signed into alts, and partied with each other and had the alt que the game in the duo with the main that was stuck, which allows the stuck person to hit accept. Once the que works, run 1 game in unranked or something and it will unstuck you. Then you can go back to ranked. Much faster than waiting on a submit ticket.Worked for us at least.
