Ninestrings.2815 Posted August 24, 2019 Share Posted August 24, 2019 condi theifs pressing 2 ,steal,2 and melting you...condi mes puts 20 bleed , you cleanse, and repeat.2x necros each match, 1/4 of them in probability is a suicidal bot going mid against 1v3weaver applying 4 burn stacks by range, you dodged? gets close to you applies 5 burn...you cleansed, repeat.Why is condi getting scaled with power?
