Chef 500 seems bugged

I am trying to level to 500, and have managed to get to 450, but now trying to talk to the different master chefs in each location to discover the recipes. The Norn asked me craft, Snow Truffle Soup, Sesame Roasted Dinner, Sage Stuffed Poultry. First recipe on discovery requires 3 ingredients, including a Bowl of Cream Soup base made of Salt/Pepper, glass of Buttermilk, bowl of Poultry stock, bowl of Roux. I crafted these items, and when I go to discovery, I cannot retrieve the bowl of Roux, even though I have 6 in my storage, I can only retrieve 3/4 ingredients, the roux does not appear, even if I place in my Inventory, I see it, but unable to use it in discovery. I am unsure if I am missing something and would appreciate any feedback, or is this an anomaly?

Perhaps, you've already 'discovered' Bowl of Cream Soup Base?
