Soulbeast question about merging in raids.

I play a power soulbeast in raids, and i have noticed i get knocked out of merged quite often on bosses. To be clear its not on downed state, but when a mechanic phases me or ports me to another area, and when i get focused by samarog ect, knockbacks if i get caught in one like on cairn or ports like on VG. When this happens its puts a cooldown time before i can reenter merged. I have been told that the only time you should lose merge is in a downed state. So is this a bug?

Don't think so about knockback/teleports by itself but maybe on Samarog if you get fixated. Some transformation/novelties can put you out of merge mode as well so it's probably that. I imagine Matthias sacrifice would do the same.

I wasnt ever throw out of merge outside of downing so i think it is a bug

Haven't seen this behaviour before, so i'm guessing bug from recent patch.

Do make sure you're not being downed for a short second only (insta res / high latency / rally).

I will take note tonight in the raid when it happens. So i can be sure
