cant login

so i havnt recieved an email verification note since july 2, i have several gw2 accts and several gw1 accts, i THINK i have everything on all 3 gw1 accts set to email, but that is irrelavent.i moved to a new location which has open wireless thru a remote proxy so this may be some kind of NAT or timeout issue. all other networking things work, email, discord etci have tried the link under make this a trusted computer but that just leads to some sms bs. when i tried submitting a ticket i got to a capcha screen, and halfway thru the 3rd capcha it just crapped out and disappeared. normally i play gw1 off of a thumbdrive. but not now. i use several computers with different os's. on attempting login i getnetwork error 42:0:9001:4414 code=242a solution would be appreciated i need my gw1 fix BAD. :)thx

You will have to discuss the issue with the CS Team. If you are unable to log in, use the 'Anonymous' option.
