New PvP Armor Set

When can we expect the new PvP armor set to be available in game? When the patch drops next week or just sometime during the Living World? Also, will this set be available in both Ascended stats and as Skins like the other PvP armor set? Thanks!!

During the last WvW livestream someone asked about PvP and WvW content and when it'll arrive and I believe Ben said it won't be with the initial release on the 17th.

I have no screen or link to video for this so I may be misinterpreting what was said.

I want a mysterious armor set that Arenanet does no leaks on and actually waits for the first real player to collect all 6 pieces, to be able to see what it looks like and what it does.

The 6 pieces individually, or let's say if the person has 5 pieces only worn, would display as plain looking starter gear. But once 6 pieces were collected, equipped, and worn, it would transform the player's character into Donald Trump.

Ha, seriously though. This would be a cool idea if implemented with Tyrian flavors.

• 6x pieces = transform into toxic krait
• 6x pieces = transform into skritt
• 6x pieces = transform into tengu
• 6x pieces = transform into Scarlett or some other NPC I dunno.
• ect ect

You get the idea. Or it could legendary outfits or something, legendary tonic, I dunno. Something new and fun to do. We need more fashion war themes for pvp. I mean come man ffs, everyone wants a skritt thief. Let's make it happen.
