What comes next!

Ok, so no leaks... but here is the deal :D.HoT release - 2015PoF release - 2017Next expansion - not 2019! - maybe 2020. And ofc devs arent going to say anything for sure they only want to tease as much.Why 3 years developing expansion unlike 2 years like before? Well everybody saw that PoF was kinda feeling empty, they invested too much into visuals and not so much into filling the actual world.Now hopefully 3 years should be enough to make a breathtaking content. Also perfect for that would be to take us away with another LW Season.

Btw now with Icebrood Saga they are teasing us with Jormag (Its about time), like always but there will also be a surprise, there has to be. Actually to see Jormag and Primordus have a bad ass clash on an epic open world meta (which is way better than a story quest). Well Anet sparked that flame some time ago in LW Season 3. Also :1st Elder Dragon - Zhaitan - Story encounter2nd Mordremoth - Open World encounter3rd Kralkatorrik - Story encounter4th ? - Open World encounter ?

Dont forget black lion chests releases! Im pretty sure the hungry pixel fashion lovers cant sleep every night waiting for the skin releases!

mordremoth is killed in a story encounter.That time when we found Trahearne in this pod thing and he opened a gateway to Mordy's mind and pulled us into the dream to kill him.

This results in his going nuts and impaling himself in the Dragonstand meta

They told us they're not making another expansion right now. There will not be another expansion next year or the year after that. If they change their plans right now you may see one in 2022 but I doubt it.

Why do you people have such high hopes on an expansion. They deliver content when its ready. See latest interview. That means that if they would have delivered an expansion. Everything we had last 2 years would have been in it. Not the expectation of elite specs..new professions, or smth like that.

Would you rather have waited 2 years for 6 maps; 3 new mounts. Cooking lvl 400, rollerbeetle races, 2 new festivals, 2 new raid wings. A new fractal. Several new weapon and armor sets. A range of achievements. Novelties. New runes and sigils update. Etc.. etc..

Well because this is what you would have gotten. But not for free and with a long waiting period.

They have 4 teams.3 working on the icebrood saga. And one on something secret. And whatever that team will bring. Elite specs, maybe a new race or new weapons. They will deliver it without an expansion at least for the next 2 years.

Yet we have a mass event fighting Elder Dragon. My point we dont have this for Zhaitan not Kralkatorrik

There’s a difference between withholding information and saying one isn’t being worked on. Anet has pretty much stated the latter.
