Anyone know if that new WvW balance patch will be tomorrow?

hmmmm. Still waiting for a balance patch... period. In other words there will never truly be balance. Considering you have people who can make any class look awesome and other people who can’t make one class look awesome. As long as humans are involved there can never be true balance since nobody plays the same.

I wasn’t being flip with my above comments. I was seriously commenting on the likeliness of true balance ever being able to be a 'thing'. ;)

In @Irenio CalmonHuang.2048 initial post, he noted ‘potential’ changes.

I doubt it, we haven't even seen a 'final' list, which they've taken to doing of late.

Unless I missed an announcement saying they are definitely releasing a balance patch, I would temper your expectations.Key words being "Potential Future" balance changes.When Anet uses terms like "We've been thinking about" or We've been talking about" it normally means they are just speculating about future changes.If and when the changes take affect it could be months or years in the future.

yeah and ive seen the patch notes. they are buffing scourge and fb because of pve, nerfing thieves and mesmers, scrapper is getting another rework and elementalist has been removed from the game.

^ This.Potential + Future = 3 to 6 months, fastest. Probably longer. And it's 'potential' only. Don't hold your breath.

It is not a balance patch, never was. They are just throwing a band aid to us after bashing our professions to a pulp.

I don't know if it will be tomorrow but I'm sure many of us agree that it will be...

I was also under the impression they were pretending to bounce ideas off us and that the actual work hadn't been done yet.

Who knows, maybe since a lot of it didn't look like complete reworks?

Should give perma stealthers a portal or 2.

Since it didn't arrive today with the LW prologue, it's safe to assume it'll be in 2 weeks from now (same as has been for the last seasons).

Fine. I'll probably have hit level 60 by then anyway.

Optimistically before Christmas, but pessimistically sometimes 2020, because wvw alliances are a long way off. So that's all we'll get, unless we want more disastrous week long events.

If they wait long enough, there will be nobody left in WvW, and everything will be balanced.

Patch Notes 12/31/21:Now whenever a Soulbeast merges with a canine they will say "Who let the dogs out!" on top of gaining the traits of that archtype.Guardians traiting Glacial Heart will now yell "BURR!" after critical hitting with Glacial Blow on top of the abilities previously granted.Warriors striking with Staggering Blow will now also yell, "Get off my lawn!" on top of other effects of using this skill.Scourges using the Fear option with a Greater Sand Shade will now yell "BOOOOOOOOOO!" on top of other effects of using this skill.

I would really want those! Add other professions and it would be the best patch we have seen in a year :)
