From Irenio today:

Inspiring Reinforcement: Increased pulsing stability duration from 1.5 seconds to 3 seconds. Increased initial stability duration from 2 seconds to 3 seconds. Increased the speed at which the road is built by 100%. Increased road length from 600 to 900.

This is a substantial (potential) buff to the skill honestly. Personally I'm super excited to play with it. It'll be pretty easy to stack stab with it now without camping on the road, and boon duration will give it a pretty significant impact.

How is adding damage or cc going to help you blast finisher better?

It already damages. and CC would add more utility to it offensively

It pulse weakness. Thats enough. Hate those super powercreep sugestions.

The reason why Guardians remain the standard for stability is that "Stand your ground" has 600 radius , up to 10 targets, and 0 cast time being a shout.

Inspiring Reinforcement change is a step in the right direction, but it is going to be precast over a bridge or choke. Then you need to hope of not being bombed to death by scourges.
