Stuck at LS4 - Descent

I've been out of the game for some while and wanted to finish the War Eternal storyline.

I have tried to finish 'Descent' twice now in a row, and I get kicked out of the game at the same point.

When Kralkatorrik's Torment is around 10% and I finish the Facet of Shadow & Death I go back to the main platform.Kralk then says 'She is the first of her kind', and within a minute I'm disconnected, with a message that the client is busy and I need to try again later...

So i tried again, and crashed at the same exact step...

Could there be a cinematic that won't start?

Anyone any ideas?

Hmm have done this 2 days ago so trying to remember it. After Facet of Shadow & Death there was a chatter bit you sit through before you do the next step. The cinematic comes later. I don't know how to fix the crashing but you may want to lower graphics, close side programs on your pc , check if your internet connection is allright and perhaps a repair of the client.

Some work-arounds for story disconnections that some have found useful:Use a VPN.Minimize cut-scenes.Change Streaming options.Continuously move character or use a skill.

I've tried on another computer and managed to finish the chapter. Hopefully I'm not stuck again in the next chapter on my own pc :) Thx for the assistance!
