I tried to wiki the kitten things and couldn't find an answer!Each meta part is centered around one of the 4 legions, you can get 1 of each key per day from the 4 legion main events (there's a tonnoy announcement that says which one is about to start 5 mins before hand at xx:05 and xx:35). You then use all 4 keys to unlock the Vault of Khan'Ur (again it's a once per day thing). Cave entrance is in the cliff NNE of the Doomlore Shrine Waypoint (the one with the roller beetle race).
