No response from ticket — Guild Wars 2 Forums

No response from ticket

Hi Everyone...coming back from a very long break.
I wanted to get back into GW1 however I couldn't remember my email or character name. All I had was my original key.
I put a ticket in about 4 days ago and have not heard back. I updated the ticket with what I thought could be my old email I used but I am not sure.
Is support able to recover an account with just a serial code? How long does a response take?
Thanks for any info!
