Engineer off-hand weapon

Add a new off-hand weapon to the engineer as the shield off-hand is pretty bad, and only usefull in very rare occations. Not really worth taking. The pistol is pretty much the only choice. You should add mace to the off-hand to compensate. Pistol is condi dps with a slow that doesn't work against mobs with a breakbar.

The mace should have cc and be useful against breakbars.

I use the shield to help break defiance bars in big fights (which really aren't rare at all). The occasional reflect helps too, what with the forged having very powerful ranged attacks.

I kinda feel the same. I think the shield is great but I'm hoping for more off hand options.
