Templates and Raiding

How many people do raids just to get the Legendary Armor for its stat-swapping ability?Now with the templates coming out and everyone having the ability to swap stats in their armor, will the raiding population decrease significantly?

How can we know when they are not released yet? Time will tell.

As far as I can tell, templates wont give you the ability to stat swap on anything other than legendary armor. You will still have to have separate sets of armor with the different stats.

For those interested, legendary armor will still offer the same advantage it does today - probably even a little more since legendary armor can be used across different gear builds with different runes (on the same character) without the need to swap them out.

I have over 20 builds/character so anet already killed my build swapping as i cant soon use arctemplates anymore.

I guess I was thinking it would weed out those people who aren't hard-core raiders.Like everything there may be a hit at first, but people (like me) still want to get into raiding for the experience if nothing else.

And gear loadout tabs do remove the only negative side to that solution - inventory clutter.
