Levels and Templates

Are templates available at character creation?Equipment templates are good as soon as you get a couple different items in your inventory.Build templates, on the other hand, may not be as vital until your skills utility skills begin to accumulate.I haven't heard one way or the other.Until I hear otherwise I'll assume it's from the beginning.

Build templates can be used at any time. Any skills you haven't unlocked will be grayed out and will direct you to the spend hero points screen to purchase them for the utility and elite skills.

Confirmed, Seera is referencing direct comments from a dev on live stream. Though there was one comment, maybe from Rubi, I forget who said it, that it's effective from level 2 ie once you are out of the tutorial. That could have just meant any starting character is going to be level 2 so fast that there's no reason to start loading builds at level 1. Either way, you don't have to wait to high level to use them.
