My black lion trade is broken or my account is bugged ?

Hello! My account is in about 3 to 4 years old, if i remember correctly, I bought gw2 standard edition. I played like a week or two and then I was out.A week ago I decided with my gf to play again. She made and bought a new account. I logged in back in this one. She upgraded her account to deluxe PoF and now i want as well.

There real deal is here. The black lion has no PoF deluxe upgrade in the promotion tab.I sent a ticket 4 days ago and waiting.Did anyone had the same problem ?

You can't acquire a Path of Fire 'Deluxe Upgrade' on an account that doesn't own Path of Fire. So, not a bug.

Try purchasing something associated with Path of Fire like a Living World Season Four Episode or a Mount Skin, and it should direct you to purchasing Path of Fire. Or just use the 'GuildWars2.com' link above.

I own all the season 4 complete, I have the branded mount pack and 3 sets of outfits, 1 lvl 80 with the path of fire and HoT, still can not upgrade to the deluxe edition

Then, as suggested in your other thread, contact the CS Team. (Though, according to your OP, you haven't played for 3 or 4 years, and purchased a Standard Edition of either Core or HoT. Unless you purchased Path of Fire in the last two weeks, I'm a bit confused.)

Ok mate, thanks, the other problem is that I sent a ticket and still waiting for like 4 days.

Due to high volume, ticket responses are taking a bit longer than usual (the usual being within 72 hours).
