Do different harvest tool skins have different harvest speeds?

Do different harvest tool skins have different harvest speeds? Or are they all the same speed?

Probably same but depend on the animation can trick you to think it's faster than other, just pop Quickness if you want fast harvest.

Different skins do indeed have different harvest speeds! For example, harvesting sickles with the fastest harvest speeds are the Consortium and Fused sickles. In addition to the full animation being faster, the harvest occurs at ~80% mark of the animation, letting you cancel it early with no downside. Mining picks and logging tools have less variation in their speeds, but there still are faster and slower ones.
