Quickening Thirst doesn't work on Life Siphon

Hi Anet,just wanted to report you a bug:the trait from Blood Magic Line "Quickening Thirst" seems to have no effect on the main hand dagger skill 2 "Life Siphon" when used against certain enemies (golem, npcs sometimes even players), I've tested this multiple times and the cooldown when the skill is casted above 75% of health still remain 10s.At first I thought there was a hidden cooldown but then after testing one after each other Dark Pact, Deathly Swarm and Enfeeling Blood and all got the cd reduction from trait, I had to exclude that, so what's wrong with the trait when applied on life siphon?I hope you can fix this.Thank you!

You need to post this as a bug report within the bug reporting system. They don't really look on the profession forums for bug reporting.

Ya OP, i notices this behavior as well...wasn't sure if i was blind or something because SOMETIMES it did work, and sometimes it didn't...so i just had no idea what was going on and that maybe it was all in my head lol
