Quickening Thirst doesn't work on Life Siphon

Hi Anet,just wanted to report you a bug:the trait from Blood Magic Line "Quickening Thirst" seems to have no effect on the main hand dagger skill 2 "Life Siphon" when used against certain enemies (golem, npcs sometimes even players), I've tested this multiple times and the cooldown when the skill is casted above 75% of health still remain 10s.At first I thought there was a hidden cooldown but then after testing one after each other Dark Pact, Deathly Swarm and Enfeeling Blood and all got the cd reduction from trait, I had to exclude that, so what's wrong with the trait when applied on life siphon?I hope you can fix this.Thank you!

Works fine for me ...

• in Mistlock Sanctuary.
• against fractal test golem
• pvp lobby golems
• custom arena without a target
• custom arena against a player

Thank you for providing feedback. But in my experience the skill cd reduction doesn't happen 100% of the time, that's why I wrote that it might be bugged since I cannot explain why it doesn't work all time I cast the skill.

Forgot to check this earlier ... the CD reduction will not apply if Life Siphon doesn't fully channel. This can happen if you face away from the target.
