Scoobaniec.9561 Posted October 24, 2019 Share Posted October 24, 2019 Since it became a potato upskill with the removal of superspeed and a ridiculous energy cost of -8 can we at least add torment to it when wielding a mace to bring more some synergy with condi builds so its not completely useless for anyone not running power build? This skill was already stripped off from quickness, then from superspeed, and now you want to reduce the cost, which instantly will make the character slower... in exchange for what? Not for damage, because every change of damage for power Herald in the last 18 months were direct nerfs, and the historic pattern is well clear here. So, what pitty effect you think that ANet will provide instead? Probably nothing, and for the price of saving the cost of 2 energy points a second they probably mesh up the code and make a comple of unintended bugs. I still think that gameplay wise the newer legend Facets needs to be -2 rather than -3 because the impact is too big to be held any longer than 5 seconds on any legends and also it's stuck until used.
