Never Received Code for Path of Fire Purchase

I walked though the email steps provided and rechecked other emails just in case. I couldn't put a ticket in because I don't have my original code from years ago so, I'm hoping the forum will work! This is a mess because I clicked on "View Invoice" after the purchase and it popped up a "server error" message so, I'm in a bind. I can always provide a bank statement to a staff member if needed to confirm the purchase.

  • Nevermind this has been resolved. Email took 3 hours BUT I got it :D

  • For future reference: You don't need a Serial Code to contact the CS Team. The web-form states to skip questions you don't have information for on hand. (And, the forum would not have sufficed.)
