"Help Braham search the sons of Svanir barracks" event bugged... (endless loop)

Happening to me right now, I guess it might be because it is not instanced, and each time someone arrives they spawn more Svanir which Braham then fights.
Had the same thing happen to me earlier. For the map I was in, there was no event going on; just Braham running around killing endlessly spawning foes in the camp. I was fortunately able to finally get to another map and complete that step but that certainly held me back for a couple hours.
I can also confirm this. I was on IP 138 this afternoon and Braham was bugged out badly. The associated event never spawned at all. After 35+ mins, I was able to get a meta map transfer and complete the story step.
Seems to be happening still on feb 28 2020. EU, IP 179
28 march 2020. Still bugged
EDIT : I exited the game and came back after some time. The event started in some other camp and there were no problems with going on and finishing the chapter.
I'm currently stuck in this situation.

Yesterday I had the same problem, but luckily after logging out and in again, I could continue.
I'm experiencing this bug right now.
