InsaneQR.7412 Posted October 11, 2017 Share Posted October 11, 2017 I propose to Anet: Design an Espec that interacts with the core Revenant mechanics, so that every legend has a unique bonus interaction with the new elite mechanic.And before hand designing a new E-Spec: Revisit the energy balance for weaponskills and utilities.
