chaotic interruption change/ buff

what if it recharged 5 allies weapon skills (all of them) by 3 sec in a 300 radius around the interrupted target? same cd.

then it could in theory be somewhat good in pve or become absolutely broken.
would still be trash in pvp, is this what we want or need ?

I'd say 5s on a random weapon skill for each of the 5 allies, could potentially justify swapping over dueling for chaos in raid for chrono.

But yeah it won't change the PvP scene...can't get worse when its nothing though?

  • Perhaps CI could be some kind of a lesser Mimic? Like once per 20 seconds on interrupt one of your skills Weapon or Utility is fully recharged. But that random part is what makes this trait so off-putting for me.

Delete CI, put glamour trait ?
Btw rng trait has nothing to do in a game where > 75% of gameplay is based on anticipation.

As long as it's a joke rng trait no one will ever consider using it, no buffs will help this trait it's absolute garbage by design.

they could make it gives stacks, each stack reduces cooldown of the next ability you try to cast thats on cd by 5s.
example i iterupt holomonkey that holds m1, get 2 stacks, he stuns me. blink on 10s cd but i blink anyways becouse i have 2 stacks.

I would very much like to see the old glamour trait back that could spread confusion through out an entire zerg.
